Shopping and Payment 

Do you have a store or a showroom that I can visit?

Z-Furnishing is primarily an online-only retailer with no physical showroom. By operating locally and without an expensive retail space, we're able to offer some of the best pricing on high quality. All our products online are real photos taken by ourselves and manufacturers. Our buyers visit and inspect all these factories. All of them play an important role in the related fields. And some of them are partner of some world class brands, even they are world class brands themselves.

Why your prices are lower than the main retailers? 

There are three reasons:

1. We are online only. We don't add showroom cost on you.

2. All our products are made to order. We don't add warehouse cost on you. 

3. We only take reasonable profit. Every cent spent with Z- Furnishing is guaranteed value for money.

How long is your lead time?

The general lead time is 6-12 weeks. However, All Good Things Are Worth Waiting For!

Where are the products from?

Our products are designed by designers around the world. The majority of them are manufactured in China. Our buyers visit and inspect all these factories. All of them play an important role in the related fields. And some of them are partner of some world class brands, even they are world class brands themselves.

Do you customize your products?

We customize for bulky purchasing only

Do your products come fully assembled?

The majority of our products are fully assembled and the others require simple assembly, such as fix legs to a table or sofa. All the tools and simple instructions are in the packages. You can find information about assembly on individual products pages.

What warranty do you offer?

Warranty period differs with each product. We provide 12 months warranty for the most of our products, while some products have longer warranty, up to 60 months. You can find it on each product page. Price guarantee

If you have purchased an item from us and we place it on sale within 14 days, you can contact us for a voucher of the difference. Upon your request, a voucher can be granted within 7 days.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

If your order is successful, you will be taken immediately to a confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email from us, provided your email address is accurate.

I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?

Do you offer trade program for bulk orders?

Yes! We love working with designers, builders and industry professionals. Please go to Trading and enter some quick and easy information. We'll contact you soon.

I have forgotten my password?

Simply enter your email address into the account login field and an email will be sent to your email to reset your password.

 

Shipping and Delivery

What is the delivery process? How long will it take to get my order?

You will get your orders in 6- 12 weeks after payment if we don't have stock. Once the goods arrive at the warehouses, one of our reliable delivery partners will ship it ASAP

Can I self-collect the furniture?

Unfortunately, we do not have self-collection services available at the moment. 

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to selected areas in Australia. You can enter your post code at checkout to see if we deliver to your area. If not founded, you can email us for a shipping quote.

If I order more than one item, will they all arrive at the same time?

Yes, one order - one delivery. (If for our reason this isn't an option, we will let you know and charge delivery only once)

I’m not ready for my item, should I still order now or wait?

Yes! We recommend that you still order now to ensure the current price and we can ship the item when you are ready. We are happy to hold onto your item until the timing is convenient for you. Please be sure to include the shipping details in your order notes and contact us as soon as you place your order to ensure we put a hold on your shipment.

My home is not ready. Can you hold off the dispatch of my items?

We understand that you sometimes require special arrangements. For such requests, you may contact us upon receiving your order confirmation email or as soon as possible. We will inform the factory to postpone shipping to avoid extra storage fee. And please give us 45 days to ship your goods to your address after you inform us by email that you are ready to take them.

How can I reschedule my delivery?

After delivery date is scheduled, any rescheduling request needs to be submitted to Z-furnishing (or courier) 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid any rescheduling charges. Any last-minute changes or requests sent in less than 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date will be subject to a re-delivery fee.

Can you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

Sorry, our delivery partners currently do not deliver on weekends. Rest assured we will be looking into that soon!

What if I work 9-5, 5 days a week?

If you are unable to be home during the delivery window, you can authorize an ‘Authority to Leave’. Simply fill out the Authorization form and the driver can leave the items by your front door, veranda or similar area. You just need to ensure it is a secure location and protected from the elements. Another option is to nominate an alternative delivery address during business hours, such as a neighbor’s, friend’s or work address.

What if I am not at the delivery address when my order arrives?

Our delivery partner may arrange another delivery if you are not present to receive the items at the confirmed time. For rescheduling of delivery, there may be a re-delivery charge applied.

How can I change the delivery address for my order?

Please note changes to your delivery address may result in extra shipping fees depending on the location. Please contact us (or couriers) no later than 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid rescheduling charges 

 

Return, Exchange & Refund

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately to change or cancel your order by sending us an email. For more information, please go to Order Change or Cancellation 

Can I return my product if I change my mind?

All our products are Made-to-Order. However, Z-Furnishing is a customer-oriented company. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from z-furnishing. So, we say "Yes". For more information, please go to Return, Exchange & Refund 

My item has arrived damaged. What should I do?

Don’t be stressed, we will take care of you. For more information, please go to Incorrect, Defective or Damaged

How long can I get my refund?

Z-furnishing will process the refund within 7 business days after the items have been returned to our warehouse and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition. Funds will be processed back in the same way they were paid to Z-Furnishing. Please note restocking fee and original shipping fee (for free shipping orders) will be deducted.
