Shipping and Delivery
We work with reputable delivery partners across Australia to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.
We currently ship to selected areas—please check availability during the checkout process.
Please note: if you change your mind and return the item, you will be responsible for both the return delivery fee and the original delivery fee (even for orders with free shipping).
Delivery Timeframes
Good things are worth the wait.
- In-stock items: estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- Pre-order items: estimated delivery time is 35–45 days.
We keep prices low by eliminating warehouse storage and handling fees, allowing us to pass on savings to our customers. While this may result in longer lead times, it means you pay significantly less.

We do our best to quote accurate estimated times of arrival. However, unforeseen delays can occur. We are unable to offer discounts due to production or shipping delays.
You will be notified by email when your item(s) leave the country of origin and again when they arrive in Australia. Our delivery partners will contact you 3–5 days prior to delivery.
Delivery Conditions
If no one is available to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery day, or if the delivery is cancelled on the day, a non-delivery fee and a re-delivery charge will apply. (For free shipping orders, only the re-delivery charge applies.)
Please ensure that your space is ready for delivery:
- Measure doorways, staircases, elevators, and access points.
- Clear a path for delivery.
- Protect your floors and surroundings prior to delivery.
Delivery personnel are not permitted to move existing furniture in your home.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect all packages for visible damage before signing.
If your item appears damaged during delivery:
- Do not assemble the product.
- Contact us immediately for further instructions.
- If damage is visible, reject the shipment, ensure the driver notes the damage, and contact us right away.
- If damage is discovered later (concealed damage), take clear photos of both the product and the packaging, and contact us as soon as possible.
Assembled products are not eligible for damage claims.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
You may request an Authority to Leave prior to delivery. This means the delivery person will leave the items at your address even if you’re not home.
By selecting this option, you confirm that:
- You have a safe and secure place for the delivery.
- Z-Furnishing is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once the items have been delivered.
