Shipping and Delivery

We work with good reputation delivery partners across Australia to ensure your order to be delivered safe and on time.

We ship to the selected areas, please check during the checkout process. Please note if you change your mind and return the item, you have to pay for return delivery fee and the original delivery fee(for free shipping orders).

All our products are Made to Order. We quote estimated times of arrival as accurately as possible. However, some orders may be delayed beyond our quoted time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to discount due to production or shipping delays. We will inform you by email when your item/items leave the country of origin and arrives in Australia. Our delivery partners will contact you 3-5 days before delivery. The evening before or the morning of your delivery, our delivery team will call you with a four-hour delivery window.

If no person is present to accept the goods on the scheduled delivery day, or the delivery is cancelled on the day of the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for the non-delivery and a further charge for the re-delivery. (For free shipping order, re-delivery charge only)

Please note that it is your responsibility to measure your space including the doors, staircases, elevators and clear a path for delivery. Otherwise, additional delivery charges may apply. In addition, please protect your flooring and surroundings from potential damages prior to the delivery. Delivery personnel are not permitted to move existing furniture present in your home.

Receiving your order

  • Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package.
  • If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipment, please¬†contact us.¬†Please refrain from assembling the product prior to contacting us¬†for further advise and instructions.¬†Assembled products will void any damage claims.
  • If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact us as soon as possible.¬†
  • For damages concealed at the time of delivery, promptly take photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in and contact us.¬†¬†

Types of Delivery

We offer 3 types of delivery service‚ÄĮoptions: Basic, Room of Choice‚ÄĮor White Glove.‚ÄĮ‚ÄĮBy default, we provide a Basic Shipping. For selected post codes, you can select Room of Choice or White Glove service for an additional‚ÄĮservice‚ÄĮfee. Please note that unpacking, assembly or rubbish removal are not part of our Basic Shipping.

Basic

For bulky items, you may be required to assist the delivery person in carrying the item(s) to your property‚Äôs ground floor entrance. Kindly note that the delivery person will not bring the item(s) into your home. This service does not include unpacking, assembly or rubbish removal.‚ÄĮ

Room of Choice

We will deliver your item(s) to the room of your choice within your home.‚ÄĮThis service does not include unpacking, assembly, or rubbish removal.

White Glove

We will deliver your item(s) to your room of choice as well as unpacking, assembly of item(s) and rubbish removal. This service does not include installation of fixtures or anti-tipping kit, moving or disposal of your old or existing furniture.

Authority to Leave

You have the option to issue an ‚ÄėAuthority to Leave‚Äô if you notify us prior to the order being delivered. That means delivery person will leave the items at your address if you are not present to receive it. If you choose this option, you must have a safe place to leave the items and agree that Z-furnishing is not responsible for loss of goods.
