We ship to the selected areas, please check during the checkout process. Please note if you change your mind and return the item, you have to pay for return delivery fee and the original delivery fee(for free shipping orders).
All good things are worth waiting for. Some of our products are Pre-Order. Lead time is around 45 days. We quote estimated times of arrival as accurately as possible. However, some orders may be delayed beyond our quoted time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to discount due to production or shipping delays. We will inform you by email when your item/items leave the country of origin and arrives in Australia. Our delivery partners will contact you 3-5 days before delivery.
If no person is present to accept the goods on the scheduled delivery day, or the delivery is cancelled on the day of the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for the non-delivery and a further charge for the re-delivery. (For free shipping order, re-delivery charge only)
Please note that it is your responsibility to measure your space including the doors, staircases, elevators and clear a path for delivery. Otherwise, additional delivery charges may apply. In addition, please protect your flooring and surroundings from potential damages prior to the delivery. Delivery personnel are not permitted to move existing furniture present in your home.
Receiving your order
- Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package.
- If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us. Please refrain from assembling the product prior to contacting us for further advise and instructions. Assembled products will void any damage claims.
- If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
- For damages concealed at the time of delivery, promptly take photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in and contact us.
Authority to Leave
You have the option to issue an ‘Authority to Leave’ if you notify us prior to the order being delivered. That means delivery person will leave the items at your address if you are not present to receive it. If you choose this option, you must have a safe place to leave the items and agree that Z-furnishing is not responsible for loss of goods.
