If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as earlier as you can.
You can change or cancel your order for free within 3 days of your purchasing. As all products are Made-to-Order, there will be a 15% changing/cancellation fee after 3 days but within 30 days of your purchasing. All changes and cancellations after 30 days and before delivery are subject to 25% changing/cancellation fee.
For customized items, which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes, such as color, size… which are not listed on products pages, you can change or cancel your order for free within 3 days of your purchasing. There will be a 50% changing/cancellation fee after 3 days but within 30 days of your purchasing. All changes and cancellations after 30 days are not accepted.
