Product Warranty

Warranty period differs with each product. Z-furnishing provides 12 months warranty for the most of our products, while some products have longer warranty, up to 60 months.  Warranty period is from the time when the products was delivered. Please note marble and natural stone products are
excluded

Our 12-month warranty covers structural manufacturing defect for all our products, with the exclusion of clearance/final sale and open box items. Leather and fabric coverings are warranted for one year against colorfastness, where applicable under normal and proper usage and not caused by direct sunlight or in a humid environment. All coverings, including easy clean fabrics are excluded from this warranty if the damage is caused by (but not limited to) stains, wear and tear and scratches. This Warranty covers the repair or replacement of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.
This Warranty is not transferable. Our warranty is valid only to the original purchasing customers at the original delivery address. If item(s) has been shifted to another address and is not handled by our professional delivery team, the warranty is not covered. If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, Z-furnishing will offer
  • Repair or replace part(s)
  • Replace the item if it’s not repairable
  • Replace with an alternative item if the product is not available any more.
