Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items

  • Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package.
  • If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact support@z-furnishing.com.au.Ā Please refrain from assembling the product prior to contacting usĀ for further advise and instructions. Assembled products will void any damage claims.
  • If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact us as soon as possible. We willĀ repair or ship a replacement parts as soon as possible.
  • For damages concealed at the time of delivery, promptly take photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in and contact us.Ā Ā 
  • If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact us.Ā Do not send back these items prior to contacting us.
  • Please note Chromatic AberrationĀ is not included in Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items.Ā Due to factors such as shooting technique, environment, light, angle, display, etc., there may be chromatic aberration between the object and the image. This kind of return will apply to the related cost (restocking fee, original and return delivery cost). If you are worried, please be careful.
  • Photos are often required and always suggested so that a claim may be made with the shipping company.
  • Z-furnishing will not be responsible for any delays in your project or labor costs due to any defective or damaged products or delays in receiving a product.
