Returns & Refunds

All our products are Made-to-Order. However, Z-furnishing is a customer-oriented company. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from z-furnishing.

 

Return

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt subject to the conditions below:

  1. There is a 20% restocking fee charged per ‘line total price’ of the returned item in your tax invoice, this fee is deducted from your refund. At the same time, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees as well as the original shipping fees(For free shipping orders, we, the seller, paid to have the order delivered originally). This fee is deducted from your refund.
  2. The items must be returned in its original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and "as new". If your items were delivered on a pallet, please keep it for a potential return. If you return an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage in transit. A damaged item will not be accepted

 There are a few items that can’t be returned

  • Clearance/Final Sale items
  • Customized items, which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes, such as color, size… which are not listed on products pages.
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Open Box Items
  • Gift cards
  • Please Note “Sets” items at discounted rates, e.g. special offer for “Dining Sets, if you decide to return the chairs, the table’s price will be the original price, your refund will less the original price of the table and the other applied cost.
 

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges after delivery. Orders can be exchanged by returning for a refund and submitting a new order.

Refund

Z-furnishing will process the refund within 7 business days after the items have been returned to our warehouse and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition. Funds will be processed back in the same way they were paid to Z-furnishing. Please note restocking fee and original shipping fee(for free shipping orders) will be deducted.

 

The policies do not apply to B2B orders.
