I ordered this item, the website stated it shipped in 7 days. What was not made clear was that was 7 days after the 45 days you have to wait for the item to get to Australia from their supplier.
The item arrived it wasn’t the easiest thing to put together, the back and base plates of the seat require you to screw in to un-drilled leather.
When I got it all built, I had two bolt holes on the side of the chair, that looked like they needed wooden caps to Mach the rest of the chair. I contacted Z and they told me that a pair of silver magnets were in fact the hole covers. I was confused because that’s not what’s shown on the website. They said their supplier updated the design for strength, but did not update the pictures for their website.
The chair is nice enough, but the whole experience and poor customer service has left a sour taste.
I’d shop around in future, I saw others selling the same chair using google image search.
First time order from Z-furnishing, a bit worry, wait time about a month but worth it. The quality is very good and exactly as photo.
I was a bit concerned when my Lapland chair arrived as a flat pack, but it was so easy to put together I needn’t have worried. I love the chair, it is just the thing for my lounge room.
